Size: 1,800 sqft 2 bedrooms Duplex Apartment

The brief was to design an inviting, elegant luxurious apartment with spaces that would work for both entertaining & family living rethinking the existing layout in order to add an additional bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The minimalist Italian style, mixed with rich derk design elements, create that highly luxurious look. A silver silk effect wallpaper is the canvas for a full heigh bespoke shelving unit and 2 chandeliers that form the centerpieces of the double-height open space living area. The gray colour scheme is seen throughout the apartment.

Bastet Design House curated a palette of rich finishes to reinforce the client's desired sense of elegance.

An important aspect of the design was the creating of an additional bedroom to the proporty.

At mezzanine level, the guest bedroom overlooks the living space benefitting of the natural light coming through the full high french windows overlooking Hyde Park Garden.
