An initial telephone call with prospective client. We each introduce ourselves and discuss the project, scope of works, budget, timeframes and any other important details. We would have floor plans and ideally photographs prior to this stage so that we have a good understanding of the project

A site meeting to walk through the property to discuss in depth the brief and assess the scope of works. Visiting the property is important to be able to assess the project and whether the planned scope of works feels realistic. It also gives both sides an opportunity to evaluate the chemistry.

Following the site meeting and having agreed on the Scope of Work, we prepare the fee proposal. The fee proposal details the different design phases and deliverables for a better understanding of the design process.

Once the fee proposal is accepted, we sign contracts, take a deposit payment and we start the journey together.

FF & E PROCUREMENT
FF&E refers to furniture, fixtures and equipment. We create schemes of soft finishes and furniture for each project with the client’s lifestyle playing a key role. We ensure that all design decisions are made in keeping with not only the look and feel of the scheme, but with the client’s style in mind. Together with our personally selected global network of suppliers, we procure with access to the most competitive trade values available. The process is always managed with the client in mind, to ensure we protect their investments from start to finish.

Virtual Interior Design offers a more flexible, remote approach for one space at a time to create custom design plans and shopping lists that can be implemented on your own as time and budget allow.
To identify what service better suits you and your lifestyle, there are several key project factors to consider, including time frame, size and scope, budget, and level of involvement. The key differences in more depth to determine the service that best meets your project will be defined during our site meeting.
We offer both Full Service Interior Design and Virtual Interior Design, each with its own pricing structure. We strive to ensure that our pricing remains reflective of the value and expertise we bring to each project. Our Virtual Interior Design is available at a flat rate, ensuring transparency and simplicity. For instance, our kitchen design package is typically priced around £5,000 + VAT depending on the size of the room, while a powder bathroom design package is around £3,000 + VAT. For Full Service Interior Design, we charge an hourly rate that varies based on the project’s complexity and scope. In general, Design Services typically account for approximately 10% of your overall budget, plus a monthly retainer during construction phase should you wish us to assist you beyond the Design Phase. Once we receive your project details and we will understand if you need both Architectural and Interior Design Services, we will provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your specific needs.
